What I do

MORE Group

A real estate agency in Thailand. Our core team is in Phuket, and we work with clients from all over the world. Homes to live in, to rent out and to invest in.

International network of premium real estate websites

Sites for 10+ countries. Buyers come from Google, ChatGPT and Perplexity.

AI in business

I build AI into all of my own projects and into my clients’ projects:

  • content factories:

    SEO, AEO and GEO content for websites that works in any country and in any language;

  • AI video and AI avatars;
  • automated daily posting to 10+ social networks;
  • AI agents in sales, analytics and quality control;
  • call and meeting review:

    AI checks managers’ calls against the script and shows where clients are lost;

  • reviving old client databases:

    AI finds the warm leads and drafts a personal message for each one;

  • finding clients without ads:

    AI finds them on social networks and in open databases;

  • an AI board of directors:

    every morning, the numbers across all projects, a competitor review, analysis and a plan for the day;

  • content from client questions:

    articles and posts for the website and social media are written automatically from the pains and questions AI finds in call recordings, managers’ chats and CRM analytics;

  • making ChatGPT, Perplexity and Yandex Alice find and recommend a business;
  • custom software:

    I build programs to order or to replace paid tools, so they are easier to adapt to your needs and you pay less for subscriptions. For example, CRM, tools for measurements, calculations and estimates, online booking, inventory, document flow and contracts from templates, dashboards and reports.

What I can do for you for free

  • An audit of your website: SEO, AEO and visibility in AI assistants.
  • Specific recommendations on what to change and fix.
  • Competitor analysis: who takes your clients in search and in AI answers.
  • Research: who ChatGPT and Perplexity recommend in your niche and city, and why it isn’t you.

What I look for

Profitable companies with heavy paperwork and a lot of manual work, with revenue from $1M to $10M a year.

Two formats:

Buyout.

I raise investment to buy a company from its owner, transform it and sell it later.

Partnership.

I join a company as a partner: I move routine work to AI agents, streamline operations and raise margins.

Goal: multiply the company’s profit and value within 6-12 months, then exit or sell.

The founder can stay in the company or step away.

Sectors:

  • property management companies with long-term contracts from owners;
  • insurance brokers;
  • clinics;
  • call centers;
  • law firms;
  • accounting firms;
  • service companies with a steady flow of requests: repairs, HVAC, cleaning, car service and more.

Outside work

Ironman, diving instructor. Motorcycles, hockey, golf, padel.

Articles for sites in 10+ countries

Buyer guides on the MORE Group sites: from what people search for to a finished page with photos and numbers.

How it works

  1. Demand

    AI collects what buyers search for on Google and ask AI assistants, country by country.

  2. Search review

    For each topic we study the top three results: what they offer and where they fall short.

  3. Article

    AI writes from that review. Figures and facts only from verified sources, and every page gets its own photo.

  4. Checks

    Legal wording, overlapping topics, photos and links. Nothing goes live until the checks pass.

  5. Publish and measure

    The article goes live, then we track impressions and clicks in Search Console.

Result

A network of sites for 10+ countries, with buyers coming from Google, ChatGPT and Perplexity.

A Phuket video with an AI presenter

A long video for YouTube and a series of short ones for social media. The presenter Eva, her voice and the children on the covers are made by AI, with no camera and no crew.

How it works

  1. Script

    AI pulls figures and facts from our Phuket pages and writes the script.

  2. Presenter and voice

    Eva, an AI avatar, in a new outfit and a new place in every video. The voice is synthesised and the lips are matched to the speech.

  3. Editing

    Assembled piece by piece, developer footage never repeated, subtitles and covers. Checked before publishing.

  4. Publishing

    The long video goes to YouTube, the short ones go out daily to YouTube, Telegram and other networks on a schedule.

Result

The video “Phuket with kids” in Russian and English, and a series of shorts cut from it.

Daily posts without a content manager

Every video, article and project turns into posts for each network, and they go out on their own, on schedule.

How it works

  1. Cutting

    AI cuts short videos from the long one and turns articles and projects into photo posts.

  2. Made for each network

    Its own format, cover and copy for YouTube, Instagram, Threads, Telegram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and X.

  3. Schedule

    Posts are queued a week ahead, one for every day.

  4. Monitoring

    A watchdog checks that each post went out and flags any network that returned an error.

Result

MORE Group and OperStack shorts and posts go out every day, in Russian and English.

Agents in sales, analytics and quality control

No lead gets lost, the numbers sit in one place, and everything a client receives is checked by AI first.

How it works

  1. Sales

    A lead from any of our 14 sites lands in the CRM at once, with its source and the visitor’s path through the site, so the manager sees what they looked at.

  2. Analytics

    AI brings Search Console, analytics and leads together site by site and shows what is growing and what has dropped.

  3. Quality control

    Every report, video and article is checked before it goes out: facts are matched against the data, and the text is read the way a client would read it.

Result

A client card in the CRM (demo) and a report page that recalculates its own scores.

Clients without ads

AI finds companies we have something to offer and prepares a personal letter for each, with a ready review of its website.

How it works

  1. List

    AI asks ChatGPT who it recommends in a niche and city, and adds companies from open directories and social networks.

  2. Dossier

    A dossier on each company from open sources: who owns it, what is on the site, where it is weak.

  3. Review

    Each company gets a review of its own site: what AI assistants see and what to fix first.

  4. Letter

    A personal email or LinkedIn invitation with that review. No template blasts.

Result

Research on who ChatGPT recommends among SEO agencies in 10 US cities, and a sample review.

Getting AI assistants to recommend you

We check whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and Yandex Alice name your business, who they recommend instead, and what to change on your site.

How it works

  1. Questions

    AI asks the assistants the questions your buyers ask in your niche and city.

  2. Who gets named

    We collect who is recommended instead of you and which sources the answers cite.

  3. Report

    A point-by-point check of the site: what stops AI from reading and quoting it, and what to fix first.

  4. Monitoring

    After the fixes we check every week whether you are being named and who appears next to you.

Result

OperStack: a site check, a report and weekly monitoring.

Our own CRM instead of a subscription

MORE CRM is built around our deals: pipeline, people, tasks and leads from every site in one place.

How it works

  1. The brief

    Which deal stages, fields and access rights we actually need.

  2. Build

    AI writes the software around those stages, and the data moves over from the old system.

  3. Connect

    All 14 sites send leads straight into the CRM, and the database is backed up every 5 minutes.

  4. Improve

    We add new fields and screens ourselves, with no contractor and no per-seat fees.

Result

MORE CRM demo: open the pipeline and move cards around. Everyone and every number in the demo is made up.
